Should Exchangeist be labelled Scam 🤷

E﻿xchangeist is or should I say, was, an Indonesian originated Crypto exchange platform that was launched recently in January 2020 but is currently inaccessible due to unknown reasons. There are also indications of a scam exit by the platform with users funds being claimed to be locked in the platform. There was a post on BitcoinTalk in which a user spoke harshly concerning the service Providence by the platform even before it's subsequent shutting down bordering on unprofessionalism, disrespect for privacy and inaccurate data released during it's TRUSD competition. The same user complained about his funds being locked in the platform but I can't really support that as it's Telegram support group is seen to be currently available and through the chats I have read, there was no withholding withdrawal being complained of. My only scam indicators can be the BitcoinTalk forum and it's locked telegram group as users have not been allowed to chat since December last year. It's best for users to trade on already acclaimed and assuring exchange platforms with a good record history rather than testing new ones with no credibility or legitimate backing
