Not fully developed, but seems suitable for Iranians
Usually, when i want to register or open a new account in a particular exchange, some of the exchange usually have a long list of restricted countries, like USA, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq and even Iraq. This actually limits the access of these countries to owning, buying or even selling their cryptocurrencies. Exir Exchange is an idea that resulted from few Iranian cryptocurrency developers and blockchain experts who decided to come up with an exclusive exchange concentrated on Iranian traders. Since the country was prevented from accessing the services of Birake Network, it hadn't been a nice experience for Iranian cryptocurrency traders. So the whole idea behind the creation of this exchange was thoughtful. I would have loved to use this exchange but it was created for mainly Iranian traders
