Review on Exolix by Amit Singh
Check my Exolix review before use it.
I only used Exolix once and then I got a pretty good idea about it. Although the platform is very easy to use and their online rating is quite good but in this opportunity they are doing a bit of collusion with the customer.
I made an order to exchange BAT tokens with BNB, the first thing I noticed was that the minimum limit for each of their supported currencies was quite high. I follow all the ordering process and transfer my BAT token to an address given by them. And they tell me to wait 10 to 20 minutes but no BNB arrives during this time.
I contact their customer support they tell me to wait one day, I contact them again after not receiving any further BNB, but at that time it takes me some time to get their reply. They ask me for a transaction hash I give it to them but they tell me no BAT token has arrived. But I could see that my token reached them but they refused to pay my BNB.
So I can say from my experience that Exolix is never a safe exchange, you are safe unless you use it.
