Review on Flybit by Thalhat Tee
It would have been best if Flybit could make most of its features international
The exchange is a Korean cryptocurrency exchange for the trading of cryptocurrencies like Tether, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Cardano, Binance Coin, Ripple, Litecoins, Stellar and other altcoins numbering up to 60. This exchange was launched in 2018 with a trading volume of $461.26 million according to reports from the exchange website. The entire webpage of the exchange website comes in Korean, so i had to use Google Translator in order to translate it efficiently. I later discovered that there was an option where i could change the languages from Korean to only English. The trading interface of this Exchange is not impressive in any way, the website usually hangs i had to restart my browser a couple of times before i could move on with my trading process though there were updated prices of various cryptocurrencies showing clearly either with KRW, BTC or USDT as trading pairs. The exchange was very frustrating while i was trading, most times i would want to deposit into my preffered currency wallet on the exchange but it will go on to another cryptocurrency entirely (example if i decide to deposit in Bitcoin and i click on Bitcoin it will go to another cryptocurrency like Dash or any other one). The telegram group comes in Korean making it impossible for non indigenes to communicate effectively. This exchange might offer alot of interesting features but it isn't in any suitable for Non Koreans! I didnt bother making any deposit on this exchange because i knew that it wasnt going to be beneficial to me.
Pros
- It is a recently launched exchange
- The telegram group is active though not in English
- The exchange trades multiple cryptocurrencies
- The liquidty is very nice, as a result of the low trading fees
Cons
- The social media group on Telegram is not useful for non koreans as all its content comes in Korean
- The website has technical issues in terms of bugs and hitches
- The fiat offered here is in KRW
