Going from Coinbase to Coinbase Pro is a natural step for people while learning about crypto. Seems like everyone, including myself, find the next step, which is leaving Coinbase for exchanges offering higher volume, more variety in coin listings, or decentralized exchanges.
Pros
- Deposit USD from bank into Coinbase Pro (formerly GDAX) and buy with zero Maker fee. Decent trading volume Dark UI
Cons
- Limited tools within the chart, but this is pro? Coinbase honors the old school money rules, so expect long delays associated with "settlement time." Certain types of withdrawals/deposits will charge high USD fees familiar to Banks.
