Review on GetBTC by Sadi Aliyev

The GetBTC exchange, which is headquartered in Russia, is a centralized exchange. It has no established date and appears to be a dormant exchange. I attempted numerous times to visit the website of this exchange, but it always kept on connecting, or rather, loading.

I waited for a long time, at one point thinking it may be due of my location, but when I changed my location, the website continued to load. I believe this exchange has not been unplugged from its servers because the webpage would have displayed a server timeout if it had. The exchange, which goes by the moniker Getbtc, mostly trades Bitcoin.

The exchange also appears to be aimed at a certain market, namely the Russian market, which is problematic because they are effectively restricting their services to Russians exclusively. Although they never officially said so, it is evident in some of their activities, such as the fact that their interface has been translated into two more languages in addition to English.
