Well, GetBTC Exchange is another exchange which has been inactive for a while now. The exchange has had a trading volume of $0 for a very long time, though it seemed like it traded only Bitcoin and nothing else. The exchange allowed fiat Deposit through Wired bank transfer and even cryptocurrencies. AdvCash, QIWI were among the options available for wired bank transfer. The exchange doesn't have an accessible website making trading practically impossible. As fir language support, the exchange only comes in English, Vietnam and Russian but number of languages supported on the exchange doesn't actually make the exchange multilingual. In conclusion, this exchange being inactive and eventually shutting down is not the best.
