It is on a good note, to discover an exchange that correlate with your own terms and conditions without any form of hitch. Here is the case of hetbi exchange. I have lost about $500 on zapple exchange. At first, I love the activities the exchange offers, for about 2months, then suddenly the exchange just went off without our knowledge. I was damn mad on that faithful Friday, when I wanted to access zapple exchange I all I saw was server timeout. I waited for more than a week thinking that the exchange Will come back so I will be able to withdraw my money. But up till today the exchange is still inactive. Hetbi exchange is a Singaporean exchange which was established in the year 2019, it is an unsuccessful exchange, I couldn't access the website, and it have very few or no information about itself nor it support team. Any exchange that I can't contact the customer support team I would rather explore other smaller exchanges. Because it will be a great disappointment when you can't lay your complains on any individual or team.
