they should let us know!

i do trading on hitbtc for about 3 years now, work with this exchange is almost easy, they have many coins and tokens, but when they decide to delist one tokens/coins they do it without any warning!!!
why they do that? i lost about 100 USDT for this, i bought a coin and they delisted that coin and i didn't find a way to sell my coins!

i wanna add this, hitbtc save our cookie for a long time. when i did login on my account, after a week i see i'm still in my account without any activity. i don't it will reduce account security or not, but it make easier when i have to do force trading. i have not any security before, so i don't think this action harm people's account.
