Review on Hotbit by pio ada

They took my coins and dont want to give them back (i write with their support for more than a month now). I made 2 transfers to my correct hotbit wallet and only one of the transfers (much smaller amount) went through. I sent transaction links to the support that show everything clearly, its a simple error on their side and yet they do nothing to help, total scam. I will never send anything there again. User support responds quickly but does nothing to solve your problem ( as i wrote before, i tried writing with them for more than a month ), for few days answers looked like automatically generated (bots?). I gave up hope after my 47th message with their support (i also tried asking on their telegram channel). With this much proof i have, transaction links and emails with my interaction with their support this should be on youtube, i have never seen this kind of behavior on any legit exchange. The worst i seen by big legit exchanges was banning account without a reason temporarily for user verification which i can understand, if you are legit exchange you want to have as many verified users as possible. But this situation, taking my coins with solid proof of me sending them to the correct hotbit wallet address is something i never seen before.
