I am proud to have a functional exchange from my country. Ice3 is a centralized exchange that has two countries to own the  exchange or head quarters rather. This exchange was founded in 2013, this 8years from now.. ICE3 is a fiat crypto and crypto to crypto spot trading medium. This exchange has Nigerians and south Africans mostly in mind. KYC verification is needed during transcation or registration. But unfortunately we heard a news that the exchange has suspended it trading activities. Now the exchange is not more accessible, meaning no trading activities is going on here. Although during it activities it has an affordable trading fee. If you are a Nigerian trader  and you are willing to take part in any naija based exchange since ICE3 is not functioning any more you can check out for roqqu and some other functional exchanges with good features. But I am sure roqqu exchange will also satisfy your desires, I have used it before.
