imoex Exchange looks like a Russian based Exchange that has no quality information to make user's understand the purpose of this Exchange. Seriously this Exchange is complicated and for the fact that it's not rated among user's I won't advice anyone to use this
Its not available for download and I couldn't find the website that support this Exchange. When making you research try checking the website and you will find out there is no information regarding to this Exchange. For that reason I see this Exchange as a scam Exchange
I will like to give you my reasons why i think negative concerning this exchange. Firstly there is no trading volume and it doesn't support any cryptocurrency and it doesn't have any form of security that guides it. The possibility of this Exchange to be one of the greatest is not found. Its not a secure platform for

- Never make a mistake to use this exchange because it lacks a good positive response.
Cons
- Very bad Exchange.
- Poor access to it's website.
- Poor information.
