The exchange is a very cheap and affordable exchange to use, the exchange used to charge a 0.1% flat fee for makers and takers and charges a 0.0005 BTC for withdrawal fees. From, the link provided by Revain, the exchange is no longer accessible, as the URL doesn't exist any more. Meanwhile, CoinMarket Cap has marked this exchange as an Untracked Listing with a trading volume of $0 and 0 BTC even CryptoWisser website has marked the exchange as "dead".
