Not a scam exchange but dead
Users/Traders usually feel satisfied though sad when their exchanges announces their closure, in this way the traders won't feel cheated. This is the case of of KuangeEx Exchange. KuangEx exchange is a centralized spot trading platform that supported the trading of various cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Dash, Stellar, Ethereum and other cryptocurrencies. Launched in 2019 and closed in February 2021, KuangEx didn't really accomplish anything worthy of remembrance only that it was developed by an acclaimed team of experienced blockchain expert. The exchange ceased operations in February 2021 though there's no known reason, but the fact that it informed its users about its intended closure makes it not to be a scam exchange

- Nobody complained of inability to withdraw their funds
- I wasn't able to trade on the exchange

- For an exchange to announce its closure, it can't be a scam exchange
