The solidity and potential of any exchange is not based on where it was originated or the features it bears, but it's ability to last for long period of time.
Lupbit is a centralized exchange platform was lunched in 2018 though when this platform was lunched it was functional untill it became inactive due to some factors such as lack of support, mismanagement.
Lupbit has low or no trading volume because no transportation has taken place since it came to existence.
I also took my study further to log on to their website and social media platforms I found out that all their social media platforms has been dormant and no active activities is going on there.
Lupbit is currently inactive for now and I will advise investing on this platform to be risky
