I'll avoid this exchange, if I were you
There are alot if confusion about this exchange; its location, method of deposit and trading volume are all confusing because, different website present different reports about the exchange.
According to CryptoWisser, this exchange is a Brazillian exchange founded in 2018 and accepts credit cards only as its form of deposit.
According to ForexBroker, they said that thus particular exchange was from Russia but doesn't accept credit cards as a form of payment like it was said on CryptoWisser but instead accepts only Payeer and other form of bank tranfers.
Finally, according to CoinPaprika, the exchange was said ti have recorded a $0 trading volume for more than 8 months.
The trading page is not accessible, it is hust displaying a string of codes which I didn't understand.
The exchange doesn't provide any link to its team of developers, hence they are unknown and it is advised to stay away from such exchanges.
Though information from CryptoWisser contradicts the one from ForexBroker, it can still be agreed that this exchange is a dead and a scam exchange
