TThe PicoStocks exchange platform is one of the exchange platforms on the blockchain network that wasn't really a scam, according to some research I made. The exchange platform seems to have fallen due to the fact that it got hacked and went bankrupt.
The PicoStocks exchange platform seems to have died down completely as there seems to be no website designated for it. In saying this because there happens to be some other exchange platforms that might have stopped functioning but still have its website which sends an "Error" message to anyone trying to access the platform. The PicoStocks exchange platform don't seem to have any at all.
According to some other comments on Reddit. It's recorded that the PicoStocks exchange platform have their cold wallet empty. This was what made me think they must have suffered a hack. PicoStocks is down, and so is its wallet.
