Savitar Exchange is the first exchange that i discovered to be from France. Usually, France is mostly known for technology but I was surprised to see an exchange coming from France. The exchange homepage comes entirely in French and English and which means traders from any other part of the world cannot conveniently trade here. The exchange seemed to be inactive and even recorded a $0 trading volume. I won't advise anyone to trade here due to its inactivity, I checked the exchange out on Twitter and I discovered its last post to be on July 2020.
Stay away from this exchange and better still, don't make any deposits here!!!
