I forfeited the idea of trading on this exchange
TopBTC exchange is centralized exchange, some sources claim that the exchange was launched in 2017 in Australia while some others say it was launched Malta in 2016. The exchange comes with a nice trading interface and a website which is easy to navigate through. I was able to register on the exchange with ease but I was not sure about the credibility of the exchange because of what i saw when i checked out the exchange on Telegram, most of the members had already labeled the exchange as scam, as most of them complained of not being able to withdraw their funds. I checked out the deposit/withdrawal section and i noticed that deposit was not possible for most coins there, i just forfeited the idea of trading on this exchange!
