Closed exchange.
They closed their exchange in February this year after a long period of service. They said that those who have funds in their balance should withdraw it, but some users complained that they can't withdraw the remaining funds. You can see it in the added photo. When users contact Customer Support to receive funds, they are asked to do a KYC, which is not approved within 1 month, Once the reply from them stops coming, it can be confirmed that they have scammed.
Overall, we can say that they have cheated the users. Although I had no funds there, this happened to some of my friends.
