There is no verified information concerning the number if cryptocurrencies and trading pairs. Sharing liquidity with OKEx exchange also means that Vitblock exchange shares the same transaction speed with OKEx. Vitblock exchange's Twitter account was last active in 2019 even the Telegram account has been inactive for a long time. Finally, this exchange isn't accessible, so users should be aware that that exchange is no longer active therefore extra care should be taken when dealing with this exchange.
