This server is decentralized and an open source so therefore is now a project which does not exist any longer. The team abandoned it because of lack of maintenance. They even have a current URL which tells users that this platform is no longer available. This site might have been sold out but it still stand that the web is no longer on the internet. There are no clear information that this service was released.
The crypto currency exchange is no more on the list and it has been suspended. For new users, who are trading i advice and recommend to keep the page and avoid or stressing yourself looking for information in groups and social media.
