Did some research about noobpool and this are what I find out.
Noobpool is an American base mining company that has been around for some couple of years their major mining coin are ETH and ETC before mining a user need to set up his mining pool then choose an address where his mined coin will be sent he can also send his mined coin to an exchange platform where a user can trade from the exchange company.

Pool fee on noobpool are actually free therefore all transaction fee are been kept by the pool in such a way that cost of running the site are covered, rewards from mining are shared proportionally according to how much shared each miner finds. Interestinly payment are processed every ten minutes at a minimum of 0.05ETH you can also view how the company earn their reward and at what amount also mining commission is 1% this show some amount of transparency by noobpool. Obviously every miner had to know in every mining there are what we call mining difficulty these difficulty actually affect the rate at which mining reward are earned.
