BITCOIN THE LEADING CRYPTOCURRENCY
Bitcoin was first created in 2008 and it wasn't generally used in market until 2009 and was worth 0.003$ at its early stages which sounds like a laughingstock in comparison with how much its worth currently (59,930$) as at 12 of April 2021.
Bitcoin is often referred to as the pioneer for crypto currencies since its launch it's been growing significantly and I believe before the year runs out it will be worth at least 40% more than what it's worth right now. I became a crypto enthusiast at 2016 and have been following bitcoin updates since then it has been on a rise.
Individuals like myself were forced to sell the little BTC we had cause of the new policy brought in by CBN (Nigeria) because government claimed it was being used for fraudulent purposes neglecting the pros and impact BTC has made in the country so in countries like Nigeria BTC is not generally accepted
In conclusion I believe BTC is the greatest and will continue to lead in the world of cryptocurrencies paving for a new era of technology and diverse possibilities

- Its easy to transact with as it is widely accepted around the world
- Its growing as potential market value indicate it might double before the year runs out
Cons
- Its banned in countries like mine (Nigeria) cause it can be used for fraudulent purposes
- It is volatile and can depreciate at any time
