I am sure more advanced technology will emerge and overtake Bitcoin and possibly all of crypto.  I doubt it will happen for some time though.  This technology will most likely have to mature some mature and another technology will spring off that one.

Pros

bitcoin has dynamic clock and the users to be used. bitcoin used more in transactions, payment and cost. Bitcoin are being become to the payment method.

Cons

Despite the fact that investments prospects of bitcoin outweigh its status as a currency does not mean bitcoin has failed entirely in being a currency. For bitcoin to have withstood all the backlashes, especially form this year and still exist should tell you that bitcoin is just a stone throw away to being accepted by bigger companies in the future.
