From the beginning it was a high risk of loss project, I do not consider it a scam. But it was not successful.

Information on the team that makes it up: Most of the members of this project are verified.
Number of exchanges listed: crex24 but with a warning notice.
Price during its ICO or maximum price: $ 0.020830 USD according to CMC.
Present value: No commercial value
Utility: Utility token, payment platform and online consultation services.
Location: Azerbaijan
The utility of this project is the creation of an ecosystem of consultations and consultancies with a worldwide reach, offering live services between parties for communication between people with thousands of professionals. In general, what Centaure offers is a platform where people can connect and request, for example, legal and medical advice, online courses, among others.
What happened to this project?
1- No more updates to it were published, as well as uses or new partners.
2-No data on their social networks since approximately 2018.
3- Roadmap has not been fulfilled, so far no product related to Centaure or any patent has been launched.
4-The launch would be scheduled for 2019, in BETA version.
5- No entries in github, no lines of code published or they were simply removed.
6- Although part of its members are verified, they have not officially notified a market exit of this project.
In conclusion, this project could be said to be officially dead, according to the only exchange where CREX24 is listed, there has been no communication with the developers for months and they recommend marketing with caution, in addition there are no purchase orders.
