Pros

I love how fast and efficient this product works, as well as the market trends it finds. In todays workplace speed is everything; with Cortex, speed and top quality work are standard

Cons

With a company this big, that caters to so many people and businesses, many dont have quite the customer support. Cortex' website shows that they deal with Maroon 5 and Jack Daniels, its one of the reasons why we chose to go with Cortex. But with those major clients, I expected customer service to be better
