Review on Decentraland by Jeff Shaw
building a virtual world
Decentraland is the first blockchain virtual world that allows users to purchase digital real estate and be part of building a virtual world. The concept could be huge as VR becomes more main stream and technology evolves where we spend more and more time in the virtual world as opposed to the real world. The one concern I have is the value proposition for purchasing virtual real estate and whether large segments of the population will be willing to purchase virtual land.
