Internet network through blockchain
Elastos is an open source operating system based on the blockchain, developed with the aim of creating a new Internet. This platform for decentralized applications (dapps) will allow users to directly access content; without having to go through a media player or other platform intermediary.
By using the blockchain to issue ID’s for digital content, Elastos plans to make it possible to know who owns which digital assets. It will also act as a platform for dapps, which people can access from their smartphones without changing their operating system.
