This is a scam, or maybe they couldn't sustain losses. This asset is no longer in service.

 Cryptocurrency designed for mining, and by miners offering a highly decentralized network, with a distribution of 80% of reward per POS. Offering fast transactions, low fees and with an issued amount of 10 million HC.

MOST OF THE EXCHANGES WHERE THIS CURRENCY WAS LISTED WERE HACKED AND ACCUSED OF SCAM.
 
It is important to note that according to information from Telegram and its official github account they are currently unifying their respective blockchain since there are several chains without updates for some users.
At the beginning of July 2019, users were told to update their wallets since they could lose their coins, however after that date no further updates or notifications have been made, in fact some users reported losing their funds.

This asset has been out of service for a few months, as evidenced by coingecko, it has practically no volume and is no longer a follow-up currency.
Its launch was by ICO, where the tokens were sold privately and then published with a 50% discount, when checking in different sites that report ICOs there is no data on the amount collected by this project.

This project suggests that it is a scam due to its red flags in multiple cases;
An ICO was carried out without information about its developers in a confirmed way.
In July 2019, users were officially invited to update their wallets otherwise they would lose their assets.
April 2020 a change is proposed for a currency called CCY using discord.
Questions related to this project are not answered.
The developers have not given any formal notification of market exit.
This coin can no longer be mined or sustained as it is dormant and undeveloped.
