Omisego which currently operates on the Ethereum blockchain, is a cryptocurrency that is primarily focused on driving consumer adoption by delivering scalability, high transaction speeds, and ultimately bridging the gap between fiat currency and cryptocurrency. The OmiseGo platform intends to facilitate seamless cryptocurrency payments with any merchant that adopts the Omise solution, allowing consumers to instantly convert crypto into fiat upon purchase.

Pros

HUGE MARKET FOR THIS PROJECT! The team is still expanding; they have Vitalik Buterin as an advisor so the plans are serious (as we all know Vitalik Buterin, he doesn't join projects without a future/utility); Huge corporation behind it.

Cons

Lazy writes would call this project a copycat / clone / perjorative du jour. While this project does pass all the smell tests ( technical writing within white paper, minimally developed online presence, etc) I could not read the white paper without the name of the product in it and know I was reading about this particular product. See? I was lazy but typed a bunch anyway.
