This is definitely one of the better projects I have seen recently. It can understand what they are building, they have been well described, and if they succeed and it will be well-used, then there will be a great deal of demand. If the cooperation at the level of the Chinese government is successful, this will surely be the top 10.

Ontology wants to make it easier for enterprises to transfer data to their distributed accounting systems, which are considered to be more secure, unchanged and unreliable.
They also try to build trust through the use of blockchain-based IDs. It can save a great deal of resources that currently goes toward guaranteeing trust.
The project certainly has a strong team behind it who understands the challenges facing the stated goals. It is promising that the token remains in the top 30 cryptocurrency, and thanks to its relationship with the NEO, it is entirely possible that Ontology will continue to grow and prosper, taking on the blockchain requirements of the business world.

It’s a great coin, good wallets, good exchanges, good team, good backing, big funding and staking rewards are awesome too.
There is a big hype around Ontology right now but when you see what they want to get into, its just too much! they want to get in every field possible. Kind of scares me a bit!
Although I believe it will end up in the top 10 before the end of 2020 look into investing in this project, Microsoft, Amazon and Google Cloud has adopted ONT on their platforms. The only direction I see this price is going is up from here.
Pros
- Right from the beginning, I advise that what is trying to do this is ambitious and not just another "public blockchain solving scalability issue with 100,000 TPS" or "cross-chain platform for global network". Ontology wants to build a public blockchain and a distributed platform to help collaborate with trustworthy entities.
Cons
- Ontology wants to use the technology to connect all entities - people, businesses, schools, police, hospital banks, etc. - this is only possible if all sides of the communication are mutually certain that the opposite end is really the one to be there.

I'm also looking for becoming an investor. Doing it with this kind of altcoin could be a good option, and more because Robiul has already traded with it. So, I think it does not matter if your processes were short but substantial to recommend the blockchain.
On the other hand, the network is just amazing. It really provides users and investors good chances to find a profitable development, but beyond, the platform is aimed to help them to improve data management. We must always be aware of that!
It's excellent to maintain this kind of feedback to let opinions flow in a project of this magnitude.

The truth is that there are many projects out there which have a very promising future and technology. Pedro is right that it highly depends on the possibilities the project gives to their Investors. There are enough projects which Pump massively just because they give something back to the community. Even if the fundamental of this project isn't very good.

My investment strategy is exactly the opposite, i made bad experience with some altcoin projects, so i prefer to hold most of my money in BTC :)
I also think that ONT will have a nice future.

You might be surprised to know that most of my holdings are altcoins! I can only tell you that I'm not a big investor, the answer to your question is I've a very small amount of ontology in my portfolio.
If you want to invest I would say it's a good decision, Ontology has a fast, efficient throughput that doesn't rely on mining. Instead, transactions and smart contracts are paid with another token.

Yeah funny! This update was done in a competition so maybe I didn't notice that much. Yes it is a good investment choice, I have always been an ontology supporter and I still have some in my portfolio.
I've made profit from Ontology, looking at their development and partnership I can say that the project has huge potential, which will give investors a guaranteed profit in the future.
