- (-) - Передача полномочий на формирование и подтверждение блоков определенному кругу лиц делает актуальным вопрос децентрализации проекта. Особо принимается во внимание тот факт, что только граждане США могут получить статус валидатора PoA Network. (-) - Еще одним негативным фактором развития POA Network является ее масштабирование.
