Its goal is to provide content delivery at the scale of Facebook and process transactions at the speed of Visa. Both of these claims are pretty bold. A lot of promises that may not be archivable.

Pros
- RChain is based in Seattle. Team is ambitious, although haven't delivered anything yet.
Cons
- There is no guarantee that they will be successful, but their attempt is worth following. Similar vision as Cardano. Riding at speculation without a product. Risky investment. Vision is also very non-coherent. It's hard to grasp what they are trying to really archive.
