Revain came up with a good block chain system to make easy and fast review site for it users to comfortably share there experience. This platform has it own telegram group where the revainers meet to discuss on many things. The support Team of this platform are also responsible but seems, more fast on telegram than via gmail. Each time I need fast response toy complaint I always message the admin or besides if it a minor issue, my fellow colleague on the group will attend to my issue fastly. The group is helping hand center for the revainers. I am not happy sometimes when the platform will be slow, I am sure revain team are doing there best for the betterment of their platform.
