Low cost high speed transactions didn't make the cut for this project
Luniverse in their quest to making Crypto transactions more cheaper and faster than they currently were brought about the development of their first side chain, Ros with the native coin being Ros coin. This coin came with a lot of capabilities that could help resharpen the transaction reference market subsidizing with low fees characterized with high speed. I can't really confirm the transaction speed in seconds or the number of blocks needed to confirm a transaction as the coin seems to have stopped working. The project, Luniverse, has a block explorer which has been cut out as transactions last reported was in the last 193 days. A really long time ago. To further characterize the death of this project is its website that is not functioning anymore. Many would have thought this project would be the solution to high fees but they couldn't continue the good work, probably due to low adoption rate and any other option to consider. It's still been traded but it's more advisable not to buy as you can't transact with the token

- The project has been abandoned with it's block explorer not receiving any transactions for some time now
