According to my research, the scopuly project is an abandoned project. The last post on their Twitter and Facebook pages is related to more than 1 year ago, and there has been no activity from admins in the telegram group for months (users also do not have any special activity)
In coinmarketcap, this project is called untracked, and in coingecko, the page related to this project encounters a 404 error, and scopuly can not be found in coingecko through the main search section.
