The scopuly platform is a complete platform built specifically on the Stellar Currency (XLM) platform. A stellar wallet is provided and you can also trade with many popular currencies such as bitcoin, ethereum, XRP as well as currencies that are not very popular with XLM.
The project design of this project is good and it is possible to trade currencies with each other (for example, BTC to ETH), which is good because if we had to provide XLM for each trade, the fees would be very high.
I checked the orders placed in the trading section and the price gap is very large and it seems that trading in this exchange will carry a high risk.
