To develop a decentralized infrastructure they create Swarm Network, specially designed to unite people and create a decentralized economy powered by blockchain. With a limited issuance, this token works as a method of governance in the community, in addition to Stake. The new tokens can be issued by betting, however a minimum amount is necessary to participate in this governance process.

In general, this is a decentralized protocol for shared finance between users and its value depends on the trust placed by each of its members. Apparently it does not have a specific purpose that attracts the attention of other users.
