The first thing we can notice is that your website is currently not up to date and most of the security certificates are expired or revoked. The web page at the end of it has dates from 2018 to 2019, that is, there is no activity that shows any recent movement.
It was created as a delivery platform based on blockchain that allowed P2p payments regardless of location or currency.
