I like that our team can access all of their P&L information in one place! The reporting is also very useful for analyzing trends with different KPIs as well as forecasting future revenue potentials. It's not always intuitive at first but once you get used to how to use it, there are no issues with this tool. Having everything under one roof helps us stay organized, and we're able to share/access critical sales numbers and metrics across teams more efficiently than ever before (especially during busy seasons). This has helped improve internal communication between my accounting department & marketing departments which makes things run smoother when working together towards achieving goals.
