Comfortable at best - Accessories

The belt looks good but is hard as cardboard and feels very rough, doesn't feel like soft leather, I am concerned that it will tear or bend over time . Not that I will buy again. By the way, I have 34, I ordered 38 according to reviews, 38 arrived well.
