Review on Employers Edge, LLC by Tommy Penn

I like that it's easy to navigate for people who don't have an IT background as well as those with technical backgrounds. It is very fast which makes all our projects go faster than they would in other programs. The only issue I've had so far has been getting my client manager up to speed quickly enough! We're able to do everything from onboarding new employees through payroll without any issues at this point! The most helpful thing is to see what my co workers have done in previous years - it's amazing how much people can earn by working at their own pace! I dislike having less control over when i get paid (i don't want an extra month with no pay). Also if this was implemented for all employees there would be problems as some work better independently than others so they just need different times set up instead which isn’t ideal either but not something anyone else has thought about yet..
