Worked on my phone and tablet, didn't work on my new iMac

I've used this on my Samsung Galaxy S8 and my iPad Pro 9.7" with great results. The screens are nice and shiny. And me feels good knowing the solution is antibacterial so germs need to be killed after application. However. I also used it on my new 27" iMac and it was a disaster. It left a hazy residue all over the screen. I use a microfiber cloth and a small syringe filled with distilled water to try and get the film off. FWIW is something I've always used on my latest iMac with great success. I was naive and thought that somehow it could work better. As they say, if something ain't broke, don't fix it. So now I'm trying to get this thing off and it takes a lot of elbowing and washing my clothes but it doesn't. seems to work. If you have an iMac, just do what Apple suggests, let the screen cool down and use a microfiber cloth and some water (on the cloth, not the screen) and it will clean it no problem. It's not sexy, but it gets the job done. I think the iMac screens have a different finish and that's the only thing I can think of. I would recommend just touching the stuff on the screen and see what happens. If it works keep going, if it fogs up don't be an idiot like me and think adding more solution will make it better lol. Wipe it down and just use water and a microfiber cloth.
