Review on SainSmart Tangle Free Filament: Enhancing Dimensional Accuracy for Additive Manufacturing by Moises Dzihic

Using a stock Ender 3 V2 on a relatively new (>20 prints) Ultra Basic glass table, I couldn't get the white filament to stick permanently. I had never used PVA glue for PLA before, so I really didn't want to start. It seemed like an unnecessary fuss. I contacted support and they were very helpful. They ended up sending a replacement roller as well as a replacement glass bed as I bought my printer through them. Adhesion is a bit better now, but I still use PVA so there are no more bad prints. However, based on the reviews, white thread seems to have more adhesion issues than other colors. So you should poke around a bit to see if you can find a similar output. The prints are great, especially for the price. Plus, the professional, smooth reel winding is so convenient compared to the messy mess I've gotten from other companies. Verdict: Customer support is top notch. Of course there can be cheaper filaments out there, but more often than not they are made by single-use companies with no product support. I will definitely be trying more SainSmart products as it is clear they will hold their own.
