Warranty issue - computer used?
My Chromebook won't charge anymore. After contacting HP I was informed that my warranty expired in October 2018. I bought the computer in March 2018 so it should be covered by a one year warranty. I suspect the computer was used and resold to me as new. The packaging was new. Only the Chromebook was already registered with HP. feel betrayed Beware!
