On February 21st, I purchased an S21 Ultra 5G with 256 GB of storage! Because of an issue that occurred during manufacturing, I had to make multiple trips to the service center. They insist that a replacement will only be made if it is absolutely impossible to repair the current one, yet they continue to refuse to switch to another one that is in working order. And what difference does it make after fixing all of the same issues? You will, thankfully, not have to pay for the service even though it must be sent all the way to Hong Kong because of how distant the location is. Nevertheless, that's at least fourteen days away! I was forced to purchase a new phone for short-term use, however it turns out that I've had a backup phone for a very long time! Just because it requires some updating.
