Odor for a short time. I usually place 10-15 drops on each side of a piece of wood and place in a sealed plastic bag for about 4-5 hours before removing and hanging around my rear view mirror. The scent is pleasant and lasts from a few hours to half a day. Not sure if this is the norm, but what's the point of buying something for $23 and still servicing it like some sort of oil diffuser.
