Received this little gem for Christmas. It's a little louder than I expected, but it's not overwhelming. I was quite impressed with Janet's first flight. Yes, I love that you can name your vacuum cleaner. I was even more impressed with all the fur and dirt he collected! I let it run for 25 minutes before sending it to the dock. He carefully mapped the entire lower floor. The mapping isn't finished yet, but after another run or two it should be perfect. I've read some bad reviews and these are either mechanical issues or purely user issues so either fix them or read the manual. It's not so obviously a refurbished car, but it's amazing! Definitely worth the money for those busy or just lazy. I like programming and application interfaces.
