Nicely made very sharp will definitely buy again

This is a very strong and nicely built grater, I've had it for about a year and it's holding up great - looks brand new. Every other grater I've had has been rusted (I think I bought cheap stuff) but this one is just as shiny as the day it arrived. My main reason for buying it (other than cooking a lot) was that I had had dental work for months and wanted to eat carrot salad but couldn't chew very easily. Rubbing fixed the problem and now I do it quite naturally. I think the finest side of the grater is a bit on the small side and depending on what you're cooking it can be tricky to clean (forget the cheese, you'll clean until your kids are old), but that goes for all fine-grain graters. I also use a grater quite often, but I have to say that I think it's safer: it's better to keep the blades still and keep your food moving, I think. But even that will give you a nasty bite if you get too close, so be careful when using it. It's better to sacrifice the last inch of a carrot than the first inch of your fingers. :) Good buy, good quality. I would buy this again.
